DESCRIBE YOUR JOB HISTORY WHAT DO YOU CURRENTLY DO AND WHY ARE YOU GOOD AT IT: I currently work at Starbucks and at Palapas Surfside. I really enjoy both of these jobs because of the interactions with the guest! I can multi-task like no tomorrow and I work with great speed and pride. The only problem is at the end of the day I am wiped out and losing some extra "lovin" would make these two jobs easier on me!!!
HOW WOULD SOMEONE WHO REALLY KNOWS YOU DESCRIBE YOUR BEST QUALITIES: WELLLLL they wold say I am super funny and that I RESPECT everyone and would do anything for a friend. Now if your talking physical qualities Im not to sure about that I do not get very many compliments on my features YET but after this challenge I will finally get some!!!
HOW WOULD SOMEONE WHO REALLY KNOWS YOU DESCRIBE YOUR WORST QUALITIES: Low self esteem :( I really would like to not be worried everyday whet to put on because my weight is so up and down!
I need to quit talking about my hair and its 5000 problems too ;)
Where did you grow up: I grew up in Warren, MI. and I have been here since 1998!
GIVE US A BRIEF SYNOPSIS OF YOUR DIETING HISTORY: I have never ever done a pill! I havent had any fast food since August of 2007 and stopped drinking the booz!!! GET THIS I have only lost 5, count them, 5 POUNDS and that is really upsetting.
WHAT IS YOUR GREATEST ACCOMPLISHMENT: Moving here to BEAUTIFUL on my own after high school to find myself! I was called Miss Piggy in high school and needed to get a fresh start. I was accepted here so quickly that I actually lost a bit of weight and smiled for the first time in my life! THANK YOU COLORADO!!!!
WHAT PERSONALITY TRAITS ARE YOU ANNOYED BY: In a nut shell... I do not like people who think your "lower" han them by your weight and your job description. I am a human and I would like others to show respect. I also do not like people who dont smile! Come on now life is not that bad!!!
MY FAVORITE RESTAURANT IS: Olive Garden! Damn Carbs!
DESCRIBE YOUR FAVORITE MEAL: PASTA and I look like I have gained a gazillion pounds when I eat it for a week!!! I need discipline and to stay away away AWAY! PS I love cheese shhhhh!
DESCRIBE YOUR FAVORITE DESSERT TREAT: Tirimisu!!!!! I HATE WHEN AM CRAVING IT because really I am a piece of walkin TIRIMISU!!!!
FOOD IS: YUMMY but needs to be eaten as fuel not constant craving. A bite not a pie!
EXERCISE IS: WONDERFUL! I lost my workout partner 2 years ago from my backyard. Lady was my hiking buddy and one day someone took her from me and I have not hiked a day since. I have emotional weight gain but I am READY to take the challenge if you give me that chance!!!!
WHAT WOULD MOTIVATE YOU TO LOSE WEIGHT: Help would. Direction would. Someone who is going through similar situation would. Having Southern Colorado know YOUR business would!
HOW MUCH WEIGHT DO YOU WANT TO LOSE: I would LOVE to be 140 again. I do want to be healthy about it and feel like I have NEVER felt :) <----- Me smiling at you!
DESCRIBE YOUR MOST EMBARRASSING MOMENT OR EXPERIENCE: I felt pretty this night. My new outfit, a smile, my fiance. I was getting ready to eat my dinner in a restuarant when a man asked me if I really needed to eat "that". He then called me a fat @ss. I felt prickly heat rush across my face and I swear my heart stopped I just wanted to cry right in my food. I cant beleive that happened. Thats one of many times I felt that bad.
WHAT DO YOU THINK WOULD BE THE BEST THING ABOUT BEING THIN: Not that I would be thin but that I would be healthy! Really the fact that I dont have to wear spanx would be the best thing EVER!
WHATS THE HARDEST THING ABOUT BEING OVERWEIGHT: A month before my wedding I had to get another dress because I gained toooo much weight and the dress did not fit. That was a sparkling moment let me tell you. The hardest thing is how others make you feel.
HOW COMPETITIVE ARE YOU: My name is Nicole and my middle name is COMPETITIVE! No cat figting here just right to the point I am going to win attitude!!!
HOW ATHLETIC ARE YOU: I used to be very but somehow lost my way and became way to lazy! I would love to get that fresh energy feeling again!

Nicole,
Just wanted to say you did an awesome job. Inspite of illness and injury (outside of training), you lost 13.7 pounds in 8 weeks and fropped in dress sizes from a 13 to a 9 jr. That is incredible. You have been a joy to work with and look forward to seeing you on a regular basis so we can help you accomplish your final goal and maintain it.
Your humor and personality have added tremendously to the competition and dynamics and made the trainers' jobs easy.
Again, awesome job. Can't wait to see what you are going to accomplish over the next 8 weeks!
Thanks for bringing your Mom by. It was a pleasure meeting her. Hope she is feeling better. Looks like the Springs gave her more than she bargained for. Curious to hear what her opinions were of your training?

We dont weigh in with our shoes on and I wear different shoes, 2 times actually, because of work! Any more questions WONDERIN I would be happy to answere for you?

Nicole,
You lost another 1 pound this week for a total of 11 pounds in 5 weeks. Healthy eating and proper exercise and of course training with the best trainers under Spectrum's medical model.
Awesome job.
What the audience doesn't realize is that you had a back injury outside of training that impacted you the entire week so we had to customize a program for you that would not irritate your back and still allow you to get some gentle training. And you still lost 1 pound!
You determination and humor make the workouts enjoyable for the other contestants and trainerts as well. Your pics continue to look great and I expect even bigger accomplishments from you over the next 3 weeks.
And on a side note, this was a milestone week for you as you went from the 170's into the 150's!

OMG I can SEEEE the results thats INSANE!!! I love this journey damnit!!! Thank you Spectrum family and My99.9 for all of this!! FRIENDS AND FAMILY also I want to thank you for your love and support it means so very much to me! 4 weeks to go so get ready to watch the INCREDIBLE SHRINKING NICOLE!

You have lost 10 pounds in 1 month. That's 2.5 pounds per week and your pics look fantastic! Keep up the great work.
